DDAT IN CONCERT

Saturday, July 24th at 6 PM at the NYP Garden / Free

Groove to the rhythms of Delbert Anderson and DDAT. Combining hip hop, jazz, funk and soul to their original southwestern feel and genre, DDAT is composed of award-winning jazz trumpeter, composer, and community leader Delbert Anderson; James Pakootas on vocals; Nicholas Lucero on drums; and bass-player Mike McCluhan.

Anderson’s music expresses Diné culture through melodies inspired by ancient songs of love and war while fusing them with modern jazz and funk. —“Earthsongs”, NPR
